5th Grade Orientation Day

Thursday, August 25 from 12:30-5:00pm.

Parents, drop your child off at the Middle School (door 13) and pick them back up at 5 for a fun afternoon.

All Students should have a Backpack, Water Bottle, Gym Shoes, and headphones

5TH GRADE STUDENTS

• Blue or black ink pen

• # 2 pencils with erasers

• Colored pencils

• (2) highlighters

• (2) black Sharpie markers

• Markers - both thick and thin

• (4) Expo Markers

• (5) notebooks

• (4) pocket folders

• Glue Sticks

• Large scissors

• Post-it notes (2 ¾ x 2 ¾)

• (3) packs of 3 x 5” ruled note cards

• 8½ x 11 sketch pad for Art 

• Calculator (not scientific)

• Ruler- standard & metric scales

6TH GRADE STUDENTS

• Eraser

• Pencils

• Colored pencils

• Blue or black ink pens

• (1) set washable markers

• (3) highlighters

• (2) black Sharpie markers

• Markers - both thick and thin

• (2) Glue sticks

• Scissors

• Ruler (metric & standard scales)

• (3) composition notebooks(1-ELA, 1-Science, and 1 for math

• 8 ½ x 11 sketch pad for Art 

• Calculator – not your cellphone

• TI-30XS 

7TH & 8TH GRADE STUDENTS

• Pencils with erasers

• Blue, black, & red ink pens 

• Assorted colored pencils

• Assorted wide and fine line markers

• (4) EXPO Markers for 7th Grade Math

• Ruler

• Notebook and folder for each class (Color-Coordinating if possible)

• 3 subject notebook for social studies  

• Spiral notebook for Health class to journal

• 8 ½ x 11 sketch pad for Art 

• Scientific calculator – not your cell phone. TI-30XS 

• Headphones/earbuds needed daily 

• Combination lock for PE  

• Clothes and Tennis Shoes(different from clothes worn to school that day)

6th - 8th-grade Open House 

Thursday, September 1st 4pm - 7pm (open-house; come anytime during these hours.
